Everything, of course, but the namegiver must state for what particular divine gift he or she is praising God: life (Chinwendu); wealth (Chinweuba); power (Chinweike), etc.

Gender: "Chinwe" is mostly female, but the full name could be male and even surnames!

 

CHINYEAKA [Chi nye aka = God give (us) a hand (of support)]

Interpretation: The name could therefore, mean May God help me/us. It is a prayer/wish.
